Quintara is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) (or something like that?) currently working on her PhD - but she was in school for so long that I thought she already had at least three.
Quintara has years of experience working in public schools, the clinic setting, and in homes as both a 1:1 therapist and supervisor. Quintara has worked in a school doing something with the kids for as long as I can remember. At one point she was a substitute teacher, then was a 1:1 paraprofessional, and then worked in an MD Pre-K classroom while accruing her supervision fieldwork hours.
Currently, Quintara consults for a local public school district where she supervises therapists, trains staff, consults with teachers, and advocates for students and their families.

She loves the brand Vans, eats one too many donuts, and has a heart so big that she rescued her dog Street, off the street.

Tianna is a current graduate student seeking her Master's in Special Education. In December 2021, Tianna completed her first Master's in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
​
Tianna has previous experience working with children and adults diagnosed with ASD in school and home settings.
​
She is now working 1:1 in the home with an adult with ASD while she accrues her supervision hours to qualify for the board exam.
​
Oh... She loves her doggy Phabby, she eats a bunch of donuts with her sister, and she buys too many pens and highlighters. What does she really need colorful pens for anyway?
